Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the olimpsport.com website.
- All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.
- All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- Upon receipt of returned product we will refund the purchase amount minus S&H and 15% re-stocking fee.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from olimpsport.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
- We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product
- Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TARIFFS AND TAXES.
